The small gated community of Enclave in Pacific Palisades, California has some of the Highland’s most expensive estates. Residents enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from one of the highest points in the region.
The Enclave neighborhood is located at the intersection of Via La Palmas and Chastain Parkway East. Surrounded by the Topanga State Park it is a favorite area for nature enthusiasts. The park is situated in the Santa Monica Mountains and offers 36 wilderness trails that feature live oaks and beautiful grasslands. The park is also the world’s largest wildland that is located within city limits. Hikers and mountain bikers as well as equestrians enjoy this recreational park.
Homeowners have access to The Summit Club which features a swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, gym, event facilities, playground, and sports court. The club’s staff holds many events like clinics and barbeques. Personal training and lessons for tennis are also available.
The Enclave community is served by the Los Angeles Unified School District. Students here attend Marquez Charter School, Paul Revere Middle School, and Palisades Charter High School. There are also several private schools in the area such as Corpus Christi, Seven Arrow’s, Calvary Christian, and Westside Waldorf. Nearby colleges include the University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of Santa Monica.
Pacific Palisades is an upscale district in the Westside region of Los Angles. It is comprised of mostly residential areas that include large estates, condominiums, apartments, and older houses. The chamber of commerce supports many events during the Fourth of July including 5K and 10K runs, a parade down Sunset Boulevard, and the fireworks at the local high school. This neighborhood has Brentwood to the east, Santa Monica to the southeast, Topanga and Malibu to the west, and the Santa Monica Bay to the southwest. To the north are the Santa Monica Mountains.
